摘要
以纳米二氧化硅为原料,乙醇为溶剂,六甲基二硅胺烷为改性剂,采用湿法工艺对纳米二氧化硅表面进行了改性研究,分别探讨了改性剂用量、预处理温度、预处理时间、反应温度、反应时间对纳米二氧化硅表面改性效果的影响.结果表明,纳米二氧化硅经六甲基二硅胺烷改性处理后,表面羟基数明显减少;改性剂用量、预处理时间、预处理温度、反应温度、反应时间对纳米二氧化硅表面改性均有影响.通过对纳米二氧化硅表面羟基数的测定,验证了纳米二氧化硅的改性效果.
The surface modification of nano-silica was studied using nano-silica as raw material, ethanol as solvent, and hexamethyldisilazane as modification agent by wet method. The effect of such factors as hexamethyldisilazane content, preprocessing temperature, preprocessing time, reacting temperature, reacting time on the surface modification degree of nano-silica was investigated. The results show that the hydroxyl number on surface of nano-silica modified by hexamethyldisiloxane reduces prominently. The amount of modification agent, preprocessing time, preprocessing temperature, reacting temperature and reacting time has the influence on the surface modification of nano-silica. The surface modification degree of nano-silica has been determined by measuring the hydroxyl number on the surface of nano-silica.
