Poppen入路切除儿童小脑上蚓部肿瘤的临床研究

CLINICAL RESEARCH FOR REMOVAL OF VERMIS SUPERIOR TUMORS IN CHILDREN VIA POPPEN APPROACH

目的:探讨切除儿童小脑上蚓部肿瘤的手术方法。方法:采用Poppen入路切除儿童小脑上蚓部肿瘤16例。结果:全切除14例,大部分切除2例,无手术死亡。结论:儿童小脑上蚓部肿瘤选择Poppen入路切除是比较理想的.该入路手术具有损伤小,术野开阔,肿瘤全切除率高,术后并发症少等优点。

Objective：To investigate the surgical methods for resection of vermis superior tumors in children. Methods：16 cases of vermis superior tumors were removed via Poppen approach （by occiput-cerebellar tentorium approach）.Results：Total removal of tumors was achieved in 14 patients and subtotal resection in 2 cases. There was no mortality in these series. Coflclusion：Poppen approach is especially suitable for removal of vermis superior tumors in children by providing good visualization of the operative field, tiny lesion, high rate of total removal and less postoperative complications.
