摘要
从高校图书馆流通部门工作现状入手,从实践和理论两方面探讨了图书馆流通部门如何确立人性化服务理念,搞好流通服务窗口建设,构建流通人文氛围并全面提升服务质量。
Starting from the present situation of the circulation department in university library, this paper probes into how the circulation department to establish the concept of the humanistic service, do the job well of constructing the window of the circulation service, set up the humanistic atmosphere in the circulation, and improve the service quality.
