摘要 论述了数字化图书馆的发展和优势,探讨了高校数字化图书馆服务体系的建立以及对馆员素质的要求。 This paper expounds the development and advantages of digital library, probes into the establishment of service system of digital library of university and the requirement for the quality of librarians.
