企业国有资产体制改革中的困惑与建议

Discussion on the Perplexities in and Suggestions on the Reform of the Management of State Owned Property of Enterprise

加强国有资产管理,实现其保值增值,对于减少国资流失,增加国资收益,减轻财政压力,预防和惩治腐败,都有着极其重要的意义。在国有资产体制改革的基本原则指导下,针对目前国有资产体制改革中存在的困惑,提出了一些合理化建议。

Strengthening the management of state owned property and realizing its value retaining and increment possess very important significance for reducing the drain of state owned property, increasing the profits of state owned property, reducing the stress on the national finance, and preventing and punishing the corruption. Under the guidance of the basic principles of the reform of state owned property system, this paper puts forward some rational suggestions on the reform of the management of state owned property of enterprise in the light of the perplexities existing in the reform of the management of state owned property.
