摘要
从影响企业发展最重要、最机动的战略因素——人力资源的整合和培训存在的问题出发,论述了人力资源招聘作为人力资源管理源头的重要性,探讨了招聘标准的把握及方式的选择,阐述了招聘的具体工作程序,提出了招聘工作中应注意的几个问题。
Starting from the problems existing in the integration and training of human resource that is the most important and most mobile factor influencing the development of the enterprise, this paper discusses the importance of the recruitment of human resource being as the headstream of human resource management, probes into the standard and model of recruitment, and puts forward some problems needing attention in the recruitment of human resource.
