新法肌肉注射普鲁卡因青霉素

A New Method of IM Injection of Procaine and Penicillin

为减少肌肉注射普鲁卡因青霉素致硬结、疼痛的发生，将７１例患者随机分为实验组（１００３例次）和常规组（９３５例次）。实验组运用充分溶解、三快、二敷法，常规组按二快一慢法进行肌肉注射。结果：实验组硬结、疼痛、针头堵塞的发生率明显下降（Ｐ＜０．００５）。建议临床肌肉注射此药时。

To reduce the induration and pain induced by i.m.injection of procaine and penicillin,two groups of patients were observed.They were divided into tested group (group 1,n=1003) and routine group (group 2,n=935).The full-dissolved,“three-fast' and 'two-count' method of i.m. injection (new method) was used for group 1,while the “two-fast' and “one-slow' method for group 2.The results showed that the incidence of induration,pain and needle obstruction in group 1 was markedly lower (P<0.005),suggesting that the new method be use.
