摘要 连接酶链反应技术(Ligase Chain Reaction,LCR)与PCR技术相似,是近年来发展的一门新的分子生物学技术,LCR技术与PCR相比所不同的是,其使用了两对引物对靶序列作扩增,同时在扩增过程后,还应用微粒子酶免疫技术(MEIA)对扩增产物进行测定,进一步提高了检测的敏感性和特异性。本文就近年来LCR技术在临床检测淋球菌(GN)和泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)的应用情况综述如下。
