Application of the LCR technique in examination to infection induced by gonococcus and chlamydia urinary-genitalia
摘要
连接酶链反应技术（Ligase Chain Reaction，LCR）与PCR技术相似，是近年来发展的一门新的分子生物学技术，LCR技术与PCR相比所不同的是，其使用了两对引物对靶序列作扩增，同时在扩增过程后，还应用微粒子酶免疫技术（MEIA）对扩增产物进行测定，进一步提高了检测的敏感性和特异性。本文就近年来LCR技术在临床检测淋球菌（GN）和泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体（CT）的应用情况综述如下。
