轿车用节温器的设计及故障分析

摘要 为了解决目前新设计开发的节温器装在实车不能正常打开而导致水温过高的问题,分析两种不同结构的节温器样件A和样件B,通过反复对比检验节温器本身性能,并将其装到实车上的冷却系统进行试验,得出结果,样件A的本身基本结构没有问题,但安装到实车上则不匹配发动机冷却系统的工作环境;样件B则没有上述问题。从而,得出结论是样件A结构设计存在缺陷,不能应用到实际工作中;样件B设计很成功。 In order to solve the problem that the newly designed thermostat installed on the engine can' t work normally to cause water overheated, two different thermostats sample A and sample B have to be analyzed respectively. By making comparison between sample A and sample B and installing them on the cooling system of the real car, we found that the design of sample A is correct, but it can't satisfy the working circumstance of the cooling system; at the same time it is proved that sample B operates normally, Finally, the conclusion indicated that the structure of sample A is not complete and sample B is available.
