This paper mainly elaborates that higher vocational colleges should carry out scientific outlook on development with education as core in order to run higher vocational education well, especially serve for constructing affluent society. Higher vocational colleges should develop their characteristics and improve teaching quality for setting up study college, based on developing their strength.
