高职院校教师职业压力及缓解策略

Teachers’Stress and Coping Strategies in Higher Vocational Education

高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,已经成为我国经济建设、社会发展的重要支柱。然而,高职教育的改革既给广大的高职院校教师带来前所未有的机遇,也带来了巨大的冲击和压力。通过分析高职院校教师职业压力的主要原因,提出缓解压力的可行性建议。

The higher vocational education plays an important role in our nation＇ s higher education and becomes necessary parts of our nation＇ s economic construction and social development. However, the rapid development of society and the education reform not only bring unprecedented opportunities to vocational college teachers, but also great pressure and impact. The oversize professional stress brings strong impact to teachers. In the article, some chief stress causes will be analyzed and I will give some coping strategies.
