摘要
针对苏里格气田含凝析油气井产水状况及集气工艺流程特点,研制了新型高效抗油起泡剂PQ-1,并优选了配套消泡剂。PQ-1是将发泡剂PT-1和稳泡剂PT-3以9:1的比例混合配制成溶液形成的一种新的起泡剂,该起泡剂在高凝析油含量(体积分数40%),较高矿化度(5×104mg/l)和高甲醇含量(15%)的气井采出水中,在90℃高温下有良好的起泡性能,与大多数常用缓释剂具有较好的配伍性能。在大量室内研究和实验的基础上,2005年在苏里格气田开展现场试验两口井,均取得了良好的排水采气效果。
Many gas layers in Sulige gas field contain condensed-oil and formation water, according to the situation and the gas collecting technics, PQ-1 foaming agent was developed and appropriate antifoaming agent was optimized. PQ-1 is a new-style, high-efficiency foaming agent, which is a mixture of 90% PT-1 foaming agent and 10% PT-3 foam stabilizer. It is of well foaming capability at 90℃ in the formation water with high condensed-oil content(volume fraction 40%),higher salinity(5×104mg/l)and high methanol content(15%).It is of better compatible capability with most of the common slow-released agent. Based on a great deal of office study and experiment, PQ-1 was used in 2 gas wells in Sulige gas field in 2005 and good results were obtained in gas wells production with water withdrawal.
