摘要
根据催化裂化装置主风机-烟机机组的工作原理及运行工况,摒弃传统的操作控制方法,提出了新的以降低电流值为控制目标的操作方法。在保证装置安全运行的基础上,对主风机、烟机运行的各种匹配状态进行了调节,获得了实际生产中两者匹配运行的最小能耗点运行参数。通过新的控制方法,催化裂化装置仅仅依靠调整操作,获得了显著的节能效果。
A new method of operation for power saving of gas expander – main air blower in FCCU is put forward in this paper. Based on the security of service, Experiment of the new method is carried out and the optimum matching value of gas expander and main air blower is obtained. For analyzing the effect of the new method to equipment, Calculation in the optimum matching value is executed. Energy consumption of FCCU is reduced obviously.
