摘要
强制电流阴极保护是通过外部的直流电源向被保护的金属构筑物通以阴极电流使之阴极极化实现保护的一种方法。在阴极保护设计中,阳极地床是强制电流阴极保护设计中很关键的部分,其设计合理与否、施工是否符合要求,直接关系到阴极保护系统能否正常运行,关系到能否对金属构筑物提供有效的保护。本文从阳极的选择、阳极地床埋设、施工技术等方面进行了阐述,通过多年的实践,总结出几种阳极及阳极地床的合理设计方案。
In cathodic protection design,the anode bed is a key part.Whether its design is reasonable and whether its construction accords to the requirement affect the cathodic protection system directly,which also are related to the effective protection for metal structure.The selection of anode ,burying of anode bed and construction technology are elaborated in the paper.After practice for years,several reasonable designs of anode and anode bed are summarized.
