基于新型改性纤维填料的油水分离过程研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对含油污水设计制作了一套内置新型改性纤维填料的立式油水分离器;考察了该油水分离器进口流速和污水含油浓度对处理后出水油含量和除油效率的影响,并分析了污水含油浓度对油滴脱除粒径的影响。研究结果表明,进口流速小于2L/min时,出水含油浓度随之缓慢增加,且除油效率均在90%以上;当进口流量设定在1.54L/min,进口浓度在从25~1200mg/L内变化时,经过两级处理后油含量最低可以达到4.6mg/L。纤维填料对油滴粒径大于10μm的脱除效率达到了96%以上。 A vertical oil water separator, filled with a newly surface nature changed fiber, was designed to treat oily wastewater. On the basic, the influence of fluid velocity and influent concentration on effluent concentration and efficiency of oil removal began to be measured, the influence of the oil concentration to the removal of the diameter of the oil drop in wastewater was analyzed. The experiment shows, the increase of the effluent concentration was slow when the fluid velocity of inlet varied from 0L/min to 2L/min, and the efficiency of oil removal would be more than 90% ; the effluent concentration could reach to 4.6mg/L, when the influent concentration varied from 25mg/L to 1200mg/L and the fluid velocity of inlet was set at 1.54L/min; and the removal percentage of the diameter of the oil drop that small than10μm was more than 96%.
