摘要
对圆柱形和圆锥形太阳能吸收式制冷系统涡旋发生器内流体流动特性进行了数值模拟。运用FLUEN软件分析了流体分别在长径比为1(H/D=1)和圆锥角α=20°的圆柱体和圆锥体内,入口速度为30m/s时的切向速度和压降分布情况。研究结果表明,流体通过旋转运动,在圆锥形涡旋发生器中产生的切向速度和压降均大于圆柱形涡旋发生器,有效地降低了发生器中流体的蒸发温度,产生更多的用于吸收式制冷循环的水蒸气。
The fluid flow characteristic in cylindrical generator and conic generator of a new solar absorption refrigeration system is simulated using FLUENT software. The ratio of length and diameter of the cylinder is 1 ( H/D = 1 ) and the angle of the cone is 20°. The tangential velocity distributions and the pressure drop distributions are researched with the inlet velocity is 30m/s. The research results indicate that the tangential velocity and the pressure drop in the cone generator is larger than the cylindrical generator, which is benefit to reduce the evaporating temperature of the fluid in the generator and produce more vapors to the absorption refrigeration system.
