摘要
中性点接地方式对配电线路故障跳闸率和各项配电网可靠性指标影响很大,通过算例比较了中性点不接地、经消弧线圈、经小电阻、经可变电抗4种接地方式对配电网可靠性指标的影响,并给出了加权多指标区间数灰靶决策算法评价4种中性点接地方式在提高配电网可靠性方面的优劣。
Neutral grounding modes will greatly affect distribution system reliability. Some examples are given to show the influence of four neutral grounding modes: isolated neutral, neutral point grounded through low-resistance, neutral point grounded throtgh peterson coil and neutral point grounded through adjustable reactance. Decision algorithm based on interval multi-attribute weighted grey target theory is proposed to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of these neutral grounding modes on distribution system reliability.
