摘要
构建科学有效的课程体系是高中语文教师继续教育的基础环节,其课程设计应该遵循针对性原则、整合性原则和指导性原则。只有如此,才能符合高中语文的教育教学实际,满足高中语文教师需求,切实达到高中语文教师继续教育的教育目标。
To construct an effective scientific curriculum for Chinese-language teachers of senior schools is a basic factor in continuing education.The design of curriculum should follow the targeted principle, the integrated principle and the guiding principle. This means the actual Chinese-language teaching of senior schools. This can meet the needs of Chinese-language teachers of senior schools too. And only by this,we can achieve goals of continuing-education of Chinese-language teachers of senior schools.
