摘要
拟染色质小体是性细胞特有的细胞器。本文报道:在金鱼精子发生过程中,精原细胞含有大量的拟染色质小体,在它上面不仅聚集着许多线粒体,而且有膜片层附着,其本身还会出现环孔和类似线粒体内嵴状结构。随着细胞的分化,拟染色质小体逐渐变少减小,直至消失。本文对拟染色质小体的形成方式与功能进行了讨论。
The present study shows that during spermatogenesis in goldfish, Carassius auratus, sper-matogonia contain remarkably numerous chromatoid body (CB) associated with satellites. As the cells differentiate from spermatogonium to spermatid the number and size of CB gradually reduce. They totally disappear at the stage of late spermatid. Our results give the evidence at the ultrastructural level the CB is originated in the nucleus for the Mowing reasons:1). There are lots of dense aggregations both in the nucleus and in the cytoplasm at the stage of spermatogonium and early primary spermatocyte. The CB in the cytoplasm are usually located near the nucleus.2). Sometimes a CB can be seen with most part in the cytoplasm and a small part in the nucleus.3). Some CB has surrounded by extending nuclear membrane.4). CB has a membrane segment bound to it.5). Annulate lamellae structure which looks like the nuclear membrane existing in the space between the CB.6). The CB contain some small circles which are similar to nuclear pore. These small circles also can be seen in the nucleus.The CB in the cytoplasm at the early stage always associated with mitochondria. Futher-more, lamellae structure which are similar to the mitochodria cristae occur within the CB. So, the function of the CB in goldfish is considered as to relate to mitochondia metabolism and their formation.
