中水处理对植物保护酶活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究中水处理对三角梅和凤凰木叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明:三角梅叶的SOD活性在不同处理下稍有差异,且在50%浓度中水处理下达到最大;经100%浓度中水处理后,其SOD活性略低对照,是对照的96.7%。凤凰木叶的SOD活性在不同处理下差异不明显,但均略高于对照,分别高于对照5.1%和3.1%。在50%中水处理后,三角梅植株叶POD活性达到最大,比对照高11.1%。而经过100%浓度中水处理,却比对照低。不同浓度中水处理后凤凰木植株体内POD活性均低于对照,且随着浓度的增加,其POD活性下降。 The effects of reclaimed water on SOD and POD of Bougainvillea speetabilis and Delonix regia were studied in this paper. The results showed that :The SOD activity of Bougainvillea spectabilis had no remarkable diference with different treatments ,and it reached the highest when treated with 50% Reclaimed Water. when treated with 100% Reclaimed Water, the SOD activity was slightly lower than the comparison and was the 96. 7% comparison. The SOD activity of Delonix regia was not obvious with different treatments but slightly higher than the comparison, higher than comparisons 5.1% and 3.1% respectively, The POD activity of Bougainvillea spectabilis reached the highest when treated with 50% Reclaimed Water, 11.1% higher than comparison. While with 100% Reclaimed Water, the POD activity was lower than comparison. The POD activity of Delonix regia was lower than the comparison when treated with different concentrations of Reclaimed Water. The POD activity declined with the densities of Reclaimed Water increasing.
