This paper elucidates the origin of present high-cost real estate by researching the policies on real estate, surveying the market of real estate, analyzing the expectation of the developer, the consensus orientation and the investment activity of inhabitants, and analyses the loading capacity of the real estate market by referring to international consuetude and inhabitant~ income. The paper expects that the price of real estate will decrease steadily on account of the rule of economic development, government policies, market saturation and inhabitant＇s capacity of purchase.
