The Discussion on the Developing and Integration of Human Resource in the Economic Area of Guangxi Beibu Gulf

一、加快北部湾（广西）经济区开放开发，人才是关键 人类社会已经进入21世纪，和平、发展、合作已成为时代的主流，经济全球化趋势增强，区域和次区域经济一体化不断加强，科技进步和创新日新月异。随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善，国家宏观调控体系的日益健全，国内经济水平取得了持续平稳快速的增长。

With the development of economy, it＇s hard to find a coast economic area like Beibu Gulf in China map with a cheap labor cost and apparent resource strength. Therefore, Guangxi Beibu-Gulf area is paid more and more attention to by people. With its openness and exploration, it＇s possible that Guangxi Beibu-Gulf economic area become the fourth growth pole, next after delta-river triangle, Yangtze river triangle and Bohai economic circles. To realize that, as the first source, human resource is the key. In the paper, the development and integration of human resource in Guangxi Beibu-Gulf area will be analyzed firstly, then its situation, and last the strategy of doing that is proposed.
