中越两国外汇制度比较研究

Research on the Foreign Exchange System between China and Vietnam

外汇制度是指一国政府针对外汇交易而建立的一系列规则、惯例和组织安排，它包括外汇制度目标、组织体系、法律制度、汇率机制和外汇市场以及汇兑限制等内容。当前，比较研究中越两国外汇管理制度，对于加强中国与东盟各国经济战略合作，探求实现人民币国际化、区域化的有效途经，具有积极的现实意义。

Both China and Vietnam belong to the developing countries and their foreign exchange system has the general character and the individuality. On the basis of the differences existed in the FX regulations, the structure of the organization and the exchange restrictions, the paper suggests that the regulatory authorities of China and Vietnam should strengthen the cooperation in order to make a further improvement on the foreign exchange system.
