摘要
合成了一系列不同活性的催化剂,从中选择出La0.7Sr0.3Mn0.8Co0.2MnO3活性组分,将此活性组分浸渍在γ-A l2O3微球上制备出负载型催化剂,改进的催化剂可以回收和反复使用;实验装置增加了气体冷却器,减少了气体测量误差;对数据处理方法进行了改进,减少了测量误差,省去了精确测量过氧化氢浓度的步骤,该方法可用于过氧化氢动力学常数测定的教学实验,也可用于催化剂的活性评价.
A series of catalysts with deferent activity were prepared. The optimal active component La0.7 Sr0.3 Mn0.8Co0.2MnO3 was selected out from above catalysts. An improved catalyst for hydrogen peroxide decomposition was obtained by supporting optimal active component La0.7Sr0. 3 Mn0. 8Co0.2 MnO3 on γ- Al2O3. This catalyst supported can be recovered and reused repetitively in experiment teaching of determining kinetics constants of hydrogen'peroxide decomposition. A gas cooler was supplemented onto the experiment device in order to reduce inaccuracy of gas measuring. The calculation model for processing experimental data was improved ; therefore the step of determining initial concentration of hydrogen peroxide in experimentation may be omitted by using the calculation model. The improved experimental method for determining kinetics constants of hydrogen peroxide decomposition may be used in experiment teaching, and also may be employed in the evaluation of catalysts activities.
