淡水褶纹冠蚌贝壳韧带结构色的研究

摘要 采用高分辨SEM,XRD,热重分析对褶纹冠蚌贝壳韧带的微结构和构色机理进行了较系统的研究.结果表明:贝壳韧带由w≈87%的文石矿物,w≈10%的蛋白质和w≈3%的水组成,韧带中的文石呈纤维状,纤维的直径约为132 nm,相邻纤维间的距离约为145 nm,且单个文石大致为正六边形,文石纤维生长有明显的曲折现象;贝壳韧带结构色呈蓝色,即该种贝壳韧带的光子晶体带隙在蓝色区域. The structural color and microstructure of ligament in bivalve shells of Cristaria plicata were investigated with X-ray diffraction, thermal gravity analyzer, and SEM. The following results were obtained : 1 ) the ligament was composed of 3% water , 10% proteins, and 87 % aragonite minerals which occur as fibers with about 132 nm in diameter and 145 nm interval between the centers of adjacent fibers, and the fiber, which is nearly hexagonal lattice in cross-section grow deviously ;2) the ligament exhibited structural color of blue hues, that is, its photonic band gap exists in the region of blue wavelength.
