摘要 在综合PLC和触摸屏技术特点的基础上,结合工业汽轮机控制的要求,介绍了基于PLC和触摸屏控制系统的组成原理及软硬件设计方法.该系统安装维护方便、工作稳定、运行可靠、控制精确度高,监控功能完善,人机界面友好. Based on synthesizing the technology peculiarity of PLC and touch screen and incorporated with the requirement to control industrial steam turbine, the paper introduces configurations and principle of the control system which is based on PLC and touch screen, the method to device hardware and software. This system is convenient to mount and maintain, stable to work, reliable to operate and precise to control. The monitoring software has abundant functions and kind interface between the users and the machinery.
