摘要
以对氨基酚为初始原料,对其进行氨基保护生成对乙酰胺基酚,在极性溶剂二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、吡啶作缚酸剂下,与二甲基二氯硅烷反应.产物经盐酸酸化和氢氧化钠除酸,得到目标产物双(4-氨基苯氧基)二甲基硅烷活性单体.采用傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)、核磁共振谱(1H)及熔点测定仪对其结构进行了表征.结果显示,所合成产物为目标产物,其总产率达到67%.
P-acetaminophenol was synthesized through p-aminophenol and acetic anhydride. Then, bis (p- aminophenoxy) dimethyl silane was synthesized by p-acetamidophenol reacted with dimethyl dichlorosilane in N, N- dimethylformamide (DMF) and pyridine as the agent of tracing acid. Last us, the structures were characterized by melting point apparatus, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscope (FrlR) and nuclear magnetic resonance appara- tus (NMR), The results show that the end product is the goal production and the gross production rate is 67%.
