摘要
基于经验模态分解(EMD)和Hilbert变换理论,提出一种心电信号(ECG)去噪方法.经验模态分解法将任意信号分解为一组固有模态函数IMF,对于非白噪声层IMF的阈值选取,针对传统阈值去噪方法存在较大偏差的问题,提出利用各层IMF的平均频率和能量密度乘积来确定非白噪声层IMF的噪声水平.介绍了白噪声层IMF的检验方法,并给出了利用该方法以及小波阈值去噪方法对心电信号进行去噪处理的实验结果.
Based on Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) and Hilbert transform theory, a new ECG signal denoising method is introduced. EMD method decomposes arbitrary signal into a group of intrinsic mode functions (IMFs). For the threshold selection of not white noise IMF, there is deviation using traditional threshoM denosing method. Aiming to this problem, we use the product of the mean frequency and the energy density of each IMF to obtain the noise level of not white noise IMF. Introducing the verification method of the white noise IMF, and the results Of ECG signal denoising using this method and wavelet threshoM denoising are presented.
