谈我国高等学校文献资源分布不均衡问题

The non-balanced distribution of the document resources in Chinese universities and colleges

文章抽样调查全国部分重点院校和普通院校图书馆的文献资源,发现同类学校文献资源拥有量相差悬殊,文献资源分布不均衡,严重影响了我国高等教育过程的公平;提出了实现高等教育公平,需要政府采取公平的教育经费拨款体制和区域文献资源共建共享资源建设体制。

After making the sample investigation of the document sources in some key and ordinary colleges and universities, the author found that there is a great gap of source storage between them. This unbalanced distribution of document sources between these two kinds of high institutions greatly influences the development of our higher education. The author holds that in order to realize the fairness in higher education, the system of the funds allocated by the government should be fair, and the system of the joint construction and share of document resources among different regions should be established.
