摘要
文章通过探讨图书馆员工管理中心理契约的建立、保持、调整和改变的过程,启发图书馆管理者如何充分利用心理契约的纽带实现图书馆及其员工的共同发展,达到管理的上乘境界。
The article probes into the process of the establishment, maintaining, adjustment and transformation of the psychological contract in librarian management. How to make the full use of the bond of the psychological contract, how to realize the joint development of hbrary and librarians, and how to achieve the ideal state of the management are also discussed in the article.
