砌体裂缝产生的主要原因与预防措施

Analysis about Main Reasons of Wall-body Breach and Its Prevention Measures

建筑砌体裂缝不仅种类繁多、形态各异,而且较普遍,轻者影响房屋的美观,造成墙体渗漏;重者会引起房屋局部破坏甚至坍塌.因此,正确分析原因、切实加以防治十分必要,十分迫切.从温度应力、地基不均匀沉降、砌体质量、特殊砌体材料等方面,对其裂缝产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了砌体裂缝的预防措施.

The breaches of wall-body varies and different shapes which exists universally. The small and light breaches would hurt the house beauty, the big or deep breaches would make the buildings break down. It is, therefore, quite necessary and pressing to make correct analysis for it. This paper analyzes the causes of breaches produced and put forward prevention measures on the basis of the temperature stress, uneven sink of ground and the quality and specific building materials.
