摘要
地质勘探行业野外作业高度流动、分散,工作条件、作业环境艰苦、危害性大,安全生产工作十分特殊。作业环境的不确定性,加上各种机械设备的不安全状态、人的不安全行为及专业特有工种多、情况复杂多变,对现场施工人员的伤害事故较多。通过对野外勘探生产施工过程中的调查研究,指出现场存在的危险因素,并对伤害的种类、分布的地点及影响的范围、造成的后果进行分析。提出组建应急机构,进行事故处理以及应急演练等相关应急方案。
The geological exploration industry＇s field drilling operation conditions are highly circulating and dispersing, tough and hazardous, very special works of safety in production. Because of operational environment uncertainty, various mechanical equipment insecurity states and personal unsafe behaviors, multiple work types bring on a lot of personal injuries. Through field construction process investigation, pointed out existed hazards, analyzed injury kinds, location and coverage of influence, aftermath resulted. Put forward establishment of emergency setup, corresponding emergency measures of accident processing and exercises.
