摘要
结合地勘单位在市场经济条件下对项目管理运行机制的要求,提出运用项目目标成本来加强地质项目成本管理的意义、方法、步骤以及目标决策、考核的要求和应注意处理好的几个问题。
Based on project management operational mechanism requirement of geological exploration units under the market economy, put forward to use project target cost to strengthen project target cost management and its meaning, method, procedure, target decision, examination requirement and some problems need to be treated.
