高校学术失范现象的频繁出现是社会急功近利思想的自然折射、是学官制度带来的必然症候、是相关学术制度缺失的利益投机、是学者自律性迷失的庸俗表白。扼制高校学术失范必须多方施策:尝试学官分离、走高校管理的职业化道路;强化高校学术研究制度的实施与监督;深化高校的学习之风、强化学者自律、大兴诚实的研究之风,以纯净高校学术研究环境。

Frequent acts of university academic anomie is the natural refraction of social thinking for quick success. It is the inevitable symptom brought by the current academic system that is between academic and administration, the beneficial speculation in the system deficiency and the vulgar vindication of scholar self- discipline lost. To restrain the academic anomie in universities, more tactics must be taken in the following ways： attempting to separate academic from administration, following the path of professional university management, strengthening the system of implementating and monitoring university academic research, deepening the university academic atmosphere, strengthening the scholar self- discipline, daxing an honest study atmosphere, so as to clean the academic research environment in universities.
