摘要
金朝时期,荐举是一种重要的选官制度。金朝时期,荐举制度在前期萌芽,中期形成和初步完善,后期延续和进一步完善。金朝荐举制度存在岁举、自代举和特举三种形式,对被荐举者限定的标准是德行与才能,对举主的品级和所举员数有一定限制,对举主责任有明确规定,在程序上有严密的安排。因此,金朝通过荐举制度选拔了人才,加强了政权建设。
In Jin Dynasty, recommendation is an important selection system. Recommendation system of JinDynasty sprouted in the former period, formed and preliminarily accomplished in the middle period,lasted and completed in the late period.There are three forms in recommendation system:yearly selection, replace of oneself selection and special selection. Standard for selected person is morality and ability. Limitation is set in rank of seleeter and number of selected person he can recommend. There are regulation on ~sponsibility of seleeter and procedure of recommendation. Therefore, the ruler selected many talented person , which contribute to construct the country.
