基于教师专业发展的性健康教育师资培训模式的建构

The Construction of the Training Mode of Teachers of Sexual Health Education Based on Teachers' Professional Development

为了更好地适应社会和教育对教师专业发展的要求,也为了从根本上改变中小学校性健康教育师资匮乏的局面,富阳市开始了中小学生性健康教育师资培训的实践探索,并构建了一个以参训学员性健康教育专业化的可持续发展为目标,以培训基地和所在学校为学习基点,立足于院校培训与校本培训、理论学习与实践反思、个体优势和整体资源、集中培训与持续发展相结合的新型师资培训模式。

In order to better meet the social and educational needs of teachers＇ development, as well as to change the situation of lacking of the teachers of sexual health education in the primary and secondary schools, we begin practical exploration of the training of teachers of sexual health education in Fuyang city , and construct a new type of teacher training mode , which aims at the trainees＇ sustainable development of sexual health education specialization, and regards the training base and their schools as the learning base, and is based on the college training and school - based training, theory learning and practical reflection, personal strength and the whole resources, the centralized training and the sustainable development.
