腐败犯罪原因探微——以制度与人性为进路

Research on Deep Reasons of Corruption Crime

腐败犯罪的制度原因在于权力的异化,人性原因在于追求功利。而要抑制腐败犯罪则需要在加强权力制约与监督,构筑更为完善的政治和法律制度的基础上,采取多方面的措施才能奏效。

This article analyses the deep reason of corruption crime from humanity and systematic aspects and gets such conclusions as be- low： The reason of corruption crime in systematic level is the dissimilation of public power. The reason of corruption crime in humanity level is natural pursuing fame and fortune. In order to restrain the corruption crime even to prevent this crime from being committed, the author proposes two resolutions to achieve tiffs goal： firsdy, strengthen the supervision of public power and public power authorization; secondly, build up better political and legal system as the basis and take various measures. Only through these ways can we achieve this goal.
