A college journal which wants a persistent development must hnprove the quality of the journal. And that the realization of which rests with the raise of the editors＇ professional moral in addition to the guarantee of draft source of the first - class articles. An editor must raise his professional moral constantly by raising one＇s mental and political c ＇haracter; bring up the legal consciousness to execute the publication laws; strengthening the study and renewal of one＇ s professional knowledge, consequently promise the periodical quality, and carry out the dissenfination value and keep value of the periodical.
