盐胁迫下荠菜种子发芽试验 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]为荠菜耐盐资源筛选、种质资源评价、设施抗盐栽培提供理论依据。[方法]采用培养皿发芽法,研究不同浓度的KCl、NaCl、Ca(NO3)2盐溶液对荠菜种子发芽的影响。[结果]50mmol/L的KCl、NaCl、Ca(NO3)2盐溶液胁迫时,荠菜种子的发芽率分别为95.1%、72.5%、77.0%。50mmol/L的KCl溶液利于荠菜子叶生长和胚根发育。200mmol/LKCl胁迫时,荠菜种子发芽率仅为27.8%,根的生长完全受到抑制。NaCl、Ca(NO3)2溶液随着浓度的增大,不仅抑制子叶生长,同时严重抑制胚根的分化和生长。150mmol/LNaCl、Ca(NO3)2溶液胁迫时,荠菜种子不能发芽、生根。[结论]KCl盐溶液对荠菜种子发芽影响最小,其次为NaCl溶液和Ca(NO3)2溶液。 Objective The purpose of the study was to provide theoretical basis for salttolerant resources screening,germplasm resources evaluation and salt-resistant installation culture of Shepherd's-purse.Method In the germination test by method of the culture dishes,the influences of KCl、NaCl、Ca(NO3)2 solutions with different concentrations on the germination of Shepherd's-purse seeds were studied.Result The germination rates of Shepherd's-purse seeds were 95.1 %,72.5 % and 77.0 % resp.under the stress with 50 mmol/L KCl,NaCl and Ca(NO3)2 solutions.50 mmol/L KCl solutions helped to the growth of cotyledon and the development of radicel of Shepherd's-purse.The germination rate of Shepherd's-purse seeds was only 27.8 % under the stress with 200 mmol/L KCl solution,and the growth of root was retrained completely.With the increase of the concentration,NaCl and Ca(NO3)2 solutions not only restrained the growth of cotyledon,but also seriously restrained the differentiation and growth of radicel.The Shepherd's-purse seeds could not germinate and take roots under the stress with 150 mmol/L NaCl,Ca(NO3)2 solution.Conclusion KCl solution has least influence on the germination of Shepherd's-purse seeds,the next were NaC1 and Ca(NO3)2 solutions.
