Research Advances on Curing Theory and Technologies of Major Air-cured or Sun-cured Tobacco in China

综述了我国主要晾晒烟调制的生理、生化基础,调制方法与烟叶质量关系和调制工艺研究,并针对研究现状提出了今后主要晾晒烟调制研究需加强的几个方面。

The curing of major air-cured or sun-cured tobacco in China are summarized from some aspects,such as the physiological and biochemical changes in the curing,the connection between curing methods on tobacco and tobacco quality,the studies on curing methods and technologies.According to the research advances,the research needs and tendency related to curing of major air-cured or sun-cured tobacco are put forward.
