配送中心型农产品物流园区选址研究

Research on Distribution Center Type's Agro-Products Logistics Park Location

分析了农产品物流园区的作用、选址原则和选址的影响因素,以社会农产品物流总成本最低为目标,在充分考虑了运输费用、管理费用、固定投资费用的基础上,结合农产品的特点,增加了农产品在流通过程中的损失费用,建立了较为符合农产品实际特性的农产品物流园区的非线性选址模型,给出了配送中心型农产品物流园区选址问题的一个量化的处理方法。

The functions of agro-products logistics park and the principles and factors of location-selection were analyzed.After that,based on the aim of the lowest total cost of social agro-products logistics,fully considering the transportation cost,management cost and fixed investment cost,combining with features of agro-products,the lost cost of agro-products in the circulation process was increased,and the non-linear location-selection model of agro-products logistics park was built,which was much more consistent with the actual characteristics of agro-products.In other words,a quantitative processing method about distribution center type＇s agro-products logistics park location-selection was procided.
