银汞充填体悬突的去除及效果的临床观察

Removal of Amalgam Restoration Overhangs and Clinical Studies on Effects of Removal

本文选择34颗有银汞充填体悬突的患牙,采用金刚砂钻和银汞磨光钻去除悬突,并观察去除悬突前后部分牙周组织的变化、结果表明银汞充填体悬突危害牙周组织的健康.去除悬突并协同口腔卫生宣教、可促进牙周组织的恢复.

This study selected 34 teeth with amalgam restoration overhangs, then used spindly cone shaped silicon bur and flame shaped amalgam finishing bur to remove, and observe the change of periodontal tissues following the removal of overhangs. The results showed the amalgam restoration overhangs was harmful to the periodontal tissues. Removal of the overhangs and giving oral hygiene introduction are helpful to improve the health of periodontal tissues.
