摘要
作者对21例后牙大面积牙体缺损患者行Ni-Cr合金高嵌体修复后,通过测试患牙咬合力,拍X光咬合翼片及临床检查等手段,追踪观察半年至两年证实此方法对保护患牙,提高其咀嚼功能及维护邻近组织健康具有良好效果.认为此法对保留性修复未完全萌出的恒牙及早期劈裂牙不失为一种有效方法.
Large posterior-tooth destruction is a common disease. If the tooth can not be effectively restored, it may cause tooth loss and many following problems. In recent years, dentists have used variant methods and materials to reserve these teeth. However, they are not very satisfied_ yet. This study is an introduction about the Ni-Cr alloy onlay restoring this kind of tooth deficiency. Twenty-one patients were given Ni-Cr alloy onlay restorative treatment, then we used occlusometer to record their forces of mastication after restoration, took their bite-wing x-ray and clinical inspection survey for about half to two years. The conclusion indicates that Ni-Cr alloy material fits our country's condition. Ni-Cr alloy onlay restoring large posterior-tooth destruction can not only preserve the diseased tooth well, but also recover their mastication function and effectively protect their neighbor tissue. It also shows us that this is a good method for conserving large decayed neonatal permanent tooth and splited tooth.
