正畸牙齿移动与唾液中胶原酶活性变化的临床研究

The Clinical Study on the Orthodontic Tooh Movement and the Change of Activity of Collagenase in Saliva

本研究的目的是探讨正畸牙齿移动与唾液中胶原酶活性变化的关系.以临床正畸患者矫治前与矫治受力后不同时间内的唾液为样品,通过羟脯氨酸含量测定法和聚丙烯圆盘电泳法进行检测.实验结果表明在正畸牙齿移动的过程中,唾液中的胶原酶呈现活性变化,而且活性变化随矫治时间的不同而改变.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship of the orthodontic tooth movement and thechange of collagenase activity in saliva. In this experiment the method of hydroxyproline componentdetection and the method of polyacrylamide disk electeophoresis were used to detect activity of collagenase. The saliva of orthodontic patients before treatment and after treatment at different time were used as samples. The results showed the activity of collagenase in saliva of the orthodontic tooth movement changed. This activity changed following the different orthodontic treatment times.
