^(99m)Tc-柠檬酸在细菌性脓肿中的积聚和显像研究

Accumulation and Imaging of 99m Tc Citrate in Bacterial Abscess

在股部细菌性脓肿小鼠体内应用９９ｍＴｃ标记的柠檬酸进行显像和生物分布研究。在给药后短期内即可获得显示脓肿灶的满意图像。脓肿内放射性各时间均明显高于对侧未致炎肌肉，脓肿／肌肉放射性比值在１ｈ即达４．５５±０．５３。脓肿／血液比值逐渐升高，２４ｈ达１．５０±０．２４。而同期肌肉内放射性均明显低于血液水平。９９ｍＴｃ柠檬酸经肾排泄迅速。结果表明，９９ｍＴｃ－柠檬酸是一种简单有效的炎症显像剂。

We studied the imaging and biodistribution of staphylococcus induced abscess in mice with 99m Tc Citrate. We got satisfactory imaging of the abscess shortly after giving the medicine. The results showed that the radioactivity in abscess was higher than that in contralateral normal muscle at esch corresponding time. The ratio of radioactivity of abscess/muscle reached 4.55±0.53 in one hour. That of abscess/blood increased gradually and reached 1.50±0.24 in 24 hours. The radioactivity in muscle at each corresponding time was lower than that in blood significantly.The 99m Tc Citrate could be cleared rapidly from blood via kidney. All of these indicated 99m Tc Citrate was a simple and useful agent for the localization of inflammatory foci.
