射频消融术前后患者血浆MDA和红细胞SOD活性的比较研究

Comparison of the Levels of Malondialdehyde and Erythrocyte Superoxide Dismutase in Patients Before and After Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation

对射频消融术前后患者血浆丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）水平和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性进行了检测，结果表明术后患者血浆ＭＤＡ水平和红细胞ＳＯＤ活性均明显高于术前（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示术后患者体内存在自由基损伤。

We measured the level of plasma malondialdehyde(MDA) and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase(SOD) in 21 patients before and after radiofrequency ablation operation. The results showed that the level of MDA after operation,as well as the level of SOD,was significantly higher than that before operation. It is concluded that free radical injury exists in the patients after radiofrequency ablation operation.
