摘要 在流体计算软件PHOENICS的VR编辑环境中,建立了偏心环空流场几何模型.采用三维均匀正交网格,应用湍流模型和壁面函数法处理固壁边界,在不同偏心度的情况下对流场进行计算,分析了偏心度对偏心流场速度分布和压力损失的影响.将量纲为1的压降模拟结果,与文献[11]给出的不同偏心度时偏心环空流的量纲为1压力PR计算表达式结果进行对比,其结果吻合较好. The geometric models of eccentric annuli flow field were established in the computational fluid dynamics PHOENICS-VR.Uniform and orthogonal grids were introduced,turbulence modeling and wall function methods were applied to settle the solid wall boundary.Eccentric annuli flow field was calculated under varied eccentricity.The effect of eccentricity on eccentric flow field velocity distribution and pressure loss were discussed.The pressure loss simulation values whose dimension is 1 were compared with the literature the expression formula results of PR under the condition of different eccentricity values were given,when dimension of eccentric annuli flow field was 1,which were fitted well.
