摘要
抽油机用910D型减速器下箱体输出轴轴承座采用楔形凸台支撑设计形式,造成局部应力集中,出现裂纹.对主要承载的下箱体进行有限元计算,确定其应力和位移分布.利用载荷分流原则,通过增加支撑筋板的传统方式对结构进行改造,削弱壳体危险应力,增强刚度.该方法能简化铸造工艺,对大型减速器壳体设计改造有实际意义.
Stress concentration results in crack in a gear reducer case,the 910D model used in the pumping unit whose bearing bases of output axis are designed as uniform protruding platform in the downside case.In the paper,the finite element calculation is performed for the underside case.The stress and displacement distributing are gained.Based on the principle of load distributary,the structure of underside case is redesigned by adding support planks traditionally.So the dangerous stress is decreased greatly,rigidity are strengthened,and the safety coefficients are in accordance with the design.The new structure can simplify the foundry technique and improve efficiency.It is of significance to design and rebuild large-scale reducer case.
