摘要 杏6-1-平35井取心属水平段长距离取心,取心钻具设计需满足取心和井眼轨道控制要求.考虑取心钻具结构,采用取心钻具力学分析方法,分析转盘和螺杆复合驱动的3种取心钻具组合(稳斜、降斜、增斜),优选稳定器外径.现场应用结果表明:3种取心钻具累计进尺为339.30 m,占水平段长度为68%,其中稳斜钻具进尺为239.70 m,3种钻具的实钻造斜性能与设计性能误差均小于0.3°/(100m),满足水平段长距离取心时的井眼轨迹控制要求. Core drilling in the Xing 6-1-Ping 35 well was at the horizontal section and long distance,and the coring tools assembly design must meet the requirement of coring and well path control.According to the coring tool structure,this paper adopts the coring tool mechanical analysis method to carry on analysis of 3 kinds of coring tool assembly(maintaining hole angle,decreasing hole angle and increasing hole angle).So the outer diameter of the stabilizer was selected optimally.It was indicated after scene experiment that 3 kinds of core drilling's accumulated footage were 339.30 meters,which accounted for 68 percent of horizontal section,in which the coring footage of the drilling assembly for maintaining hole angle was 293.7 meters.The error between the actual and the designed building angle performance was less than 0.3 degree in each 100 meters in 3 kinds of drilling tools.Therefore,it satisfactorily meets the well path control technique of core drilling at the horizontal section and long distance.
