摘要 模拟石化装置检修环境,利用加速量热仪研究了硫化亚铁(FeS)自燃特性,考察了FeS的粒径、水、饱和水蒸气及空气流量对FeS自燃行为的影响.结果表明,随空气流量的增大或粒径的减小,FeS的自热和自燃特性明显增强;一定量的水能够促进FeS的自热和自燃性能,明显降低FeS起始自热温度;随饱和水蒸气量增大,FeS发生自燃概率增大. The condition of inspection and maintenance of petrochemical units was simulated by accelerating rate calorimeter to investigate the oxidation reactions and pyrophoric behavior of ferrous sulfide in this paper.The effects of flow rate of air,particle sizes of ferrous sulfide and the existence of water on the reactions were studied as well.The results show that the rate of oxidation reactions was accelerated by water,at the same time the initial temperature of reactions was decreased.In addition,increasing flow rate of air,decreasing granularity of ferrous sulfide,or increasing pressure of water steam could accelerate the oxidation reactions rate and enhanced pyrophoric behavior of ferrous sulfide.
